Amanda Bonvecchio, AIA, is Co-founder of Vagabond ARQ, a female-owned design firm based in Miami. Amanda is a registered Architect in Florida, where she has worked on Adaptive Re-use, Historic Preservation, and New Development projects for over 10 years, both as an Architect and as an Owner’s Representative for The Vagabond Group, a real estate development company. 

Amanda obtained a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism from the School of Architecture at the University of Miami, where she graduated top of her class. She earned a Bachelor of Architecture from UM with a double minor in Business and Ecosystem Science, driven by her passion for sustainable design. After internships at Borrelli + Partners and CMA Design Studio, Amanda joined The Vagabond Group as Director of Design and Development. It was in this role that Amanda began undertaking affordable housing projects in Miami Dade County, combining them with her passion for Preservation.

After working together for several years at The Vagabond Group, Amanda joined forces with her colleague Natalia Cebollero to found Vagabond ARQ, where they have designed a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, restaurant, office, workforce housing, and historic preservation projects. Their company ethos is storytelling through the built environment, and they take pride in being a female and Latina owned and led architectural practice in a predominantly male industry.

Amanda sits on the Advisory Board for the Master of Real Estate Development program within the School of Architecture at UM. She is active in the community, mentoring students from her alma mater and speaking at national and international conferences about both Architectural Design and Female Leadership. She is a member of Women of Tomorrow, a volunteer organization which pairs professional highly accomplished women who inspire, motivate, and teach critical life skills to at-risk students through mentoring. She is LEED GA accredited, and her projects have won awards from the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation, ULI SE Florida/Caribbean Vision Awards, and Dade Heritage Trust.

Natalia Cebollero, AIA, is Co-founder of Vagabond ARQ, a female-owned design firm based in Miami. Natalia is a registered Architect in Florida, where she has worked on Adaptive Re-use, Historic Preservation, and New Development projects for over 10 years, both as an Architect and as a Owner's Representative for The Vagabond Group, a real estate development company.

Raised among the vernacular architecture of Puerto Rico, Natalia pursued the study of Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. After completing her undergraduate studies, working for award-winning architecture firm Charlan Brock & Associates, earning a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism from the University of Miami, and obtaining her Architecture professional registration, Natalia joined The Vagabond Group as Director of Design and Construction. In this role, Natalia spearheaded the historic designation and renovation of affordable housing units in collaboration with Miami Dade County, managed the renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic motel, and led the conversion of a former shoe warehouse into creative office space, leveraging eighteen years of experience in design and construction.

After working together for several years at The Vagabond Group, Natalia joined forces with her colleague Amanda Bonvecchio to found Vagabond ARQ, where they have designed a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, restaurant, office, workforce housing, and historic preservation projects.
